Mattress help for Parkinsons sufferer

I need a new bed and mattress, a small double 4ft 6ins.
it has to have a solid base, as I have a hand grab, to help me get out (I have Parkinsons), and moving in bed is difficult.
It needs to be firm, especially the edges.
I 'd rather the mattress made of natural materials, as I often get hot in bed.
I don't mind turning the mattress.
I have a budget of £1,000 can you suggest a suitable bed and mattress.
