Hi guys, After browsing your site your mattresses look fab.
I'd love one of the artisan bespokes but don't have a spare 1500 sat around right now, and I only like the best so wouldn't want to settle for anything too much less :) The appeal of someone like dreams (rip off I know) is that they offer interest free credit for up to 3 years.
I know your a small outfit compared to the people like these but do you think finance or installments would be anything you would offer in the future.

Thanks for your question.
We don't offer interest-free credit given the increasing charges from lenders to provide this. Meaning that all customers would bear the cost of us being able to offer this. We do offer payments via Paypal, Credit cards, BACS or cheque.
If you're on a budget you could also consider our Outlet range? You can also get credit on these making them a real bargain. These are items that have been produced and used previously. Once they are returned to us they are graded and discounted accordingly before being re-sold.
Below is the grading vs discount guidelines;
| Grade | Discount | Description |
|---|---|---|
| B | 20% | Will have been used by a customer and returned under the 60 night love it or return it guarantee, it may have a few marks from transit and courier handling. |
| C | 40% | Will have been used by a customer and returned under the 60 night love it or return it guarantee, it will have quite a few marks and could even have a small tear, nothing detrimental to the life or use of the mattress. |
These products are still protected with the standard manufacturer guarantee as well as our 60 day love it or return it guarantee; This is a no quibble policy meaning that if the item isn't right for you you can return it for a full refund or utilise the one time exchange.
Our Outlet is updated regularly (Often weekly) so it might be worth keeping an eye on it for updated products.
