John Lewis mattress for £100 is this right?

Hi Thanks for the great site...so much useful info. I was surprised to note that John Lewis are selling a King size 2 sided mattress...made in the UK...for only £100!
Do you think this is really made in the UK?
Seems so cheap....should I steer clear?

The price of £100 for this mattress is cheap but there should be no reason to steer clear if this falls within your budget.
John Lewis has a reputation for quality and it would be better for you to try and find out what mattress is made of by way of GSM and springs. I can only think that this mattress has an open coil spring system. Until we have further information, I am unable to comment as to whether this mattress is good value for money or not.
