Replacing Millbrook mattress

Hi l need your help for the last ten years l have been sleeping on a Millbrook 800 or tho which is so comfortable l have back pain and neck pain l wads wondering if you can put me in the right direction for another make as good as Millbrook thank you.

Am I reading this right?
Do you have a Millbrook mattress that you found so comfortable that you want to buy off another company?
Why are you not going back to Millbrook?
The 800 models from Millbrook are their lower range - The Princess / The Rennes / The Charm etc.
Not sure what particular model you are referring to, so a bit more info would help.
