Will the delivery team unpack a double pocket spring mattress and place on an existing divan?

As it will be quite heavy?

Hi Penny,

Thank you for your question.

Our delivery team will unpack and place on your divan to assist you.

We do not take away old mattresses but will remove the wrapping of the new mattress.
