Vispring and a nights in iron base

A customer asked

HI - We have bought a super king bed from Nights in Iron - and we have chosen the solid divan base rather than the slats. Previously we have had pocket sprung on a sprung base and have loved it (bed lovely but too small), and I am a bit concerned about the change of divan base.
We now need a zip and link mattress for around 1500 - weights around the 14 stone. Have tried Vi-Spring and liked the 100% wool and a medium softness but would like to buy from you. Suggestions please?

Hi Pippa,

Certainly the solid base will have an effect on any mattress placed on it by making it slightly firmer, having said that the application of a topper may alleviate this.

The mattress in the Vi- Spring range which has all wool upholstery is the Shetland and although we do have some mattresses in our Artisan range which are comparable to some Vi-Spring models, we do not have a comparable to the Shetland.

Please view the details of the Artisan 1500, Tailored Pocket and Naturals on our site as these are the ones that fall within your budget for zip and link mattresses.

Kind regards Mike.

Do you by any chance know who makes mattresses for Nights in Iron?
Thankyou

Hi Pippa,
Unfortunately, I am not aware of who makes the beds for Nights in Iron, the best advice I can give you is for you to contact them direct and ask.

Kind Regards Gary
