How can we buy a mattress without trying it

We can't imagine buying a bed without trying it first.
At present we have a Dunlopillo Chablis mattress, 1600 springs plus latex and matchingsprung divan bought from Fenwick, Newcastle 7.5 years ago. Extremely comfortable but impossible to find replacement. We need a new bed for the back bedroom and had intended to buy new for ourselves and put existing bed into spare bedroom.
Having read your website and reviews we would probably want to buy the Fusion 3.
Is it possible to try before buying from John Ryan Contemporary?

Please take a look at our article that covers purchasing a mattress online and why you don't need to try a mattress in a shop, it's quite an interesting read.
I have tried to research the Dunlopillo Chablis and every site says this model has been discontinued, although it is described as a medium feel mattress.
The Fusion 3 in our Fusion range will provide people with body weights between 8 - 14 stone, a medium feel, however, it does not contain any springs.
