Other suppliers of latex mattresses state they can be used on a solid top base - you state that they cannot. Please explain

Hi there,

I am a little confused by your comment as we pair our latex mattresses with a solid platform topped base and our 100% natural latex is fully breathable.

Have you perhaps got this the wrong way round?.
