Which latex topper?

A customer asked
I want a mattress as natural as possible (without springs) so I am interested in a latex bed. I weigh 72kgs and I'm a side-sleeper. (I have ME and sleep isn't easy.) For comfort, e.g. hips and shoulders, I guess a deeper topper would probably be good - Fusion 1. However, I want to avoid over-heating which would probably indicate a shallower topper - Fusion 3. So I have competing requirements. Any suggestions, please?

Hi there,
We cannot currently source our latex and therefore cannot make these mattresses at present.
It should be around 16 weeks until we are able to source the same quality of latex again
