Sorry to hear you're suffering from chronic back pain. It could be that your current mattress isn't giving the necessary levels of support and comfort.

We have a specially designed range for people 18 stone and over in our Resilience range. These mattresses have been designed to be able to cope with heavier weights which regular mattresses simply aren't. They are matched with either a 100% Natural latex topper, or a softer deeper Laygel topper.

They ate highly responsive in the top comfort layer but have the support necessary to stop heavier sleeper sinking too far and then becoming uncomfortable during the night.
