Hybrid Foam Mattresses From John Ryan by Design

Buying a mattress isn’t a decision that should be rushed because of the huge variety of options that are on the market. After all, you don’t want to end up with an uncomfortable bed! At John Ryan By Design we offer high-grade mattresses that are designed to be both comfortable and affordable. We’ve staked the reputation of our business on the knowledge we have of the mattress industry.

We want you to be aware of everything that goes into the mattress buying process. We’ll take you through each step, from the material of your mattress to the feel and support. Once you have all the information you need, you’ll be able to make the best decision for you.

We have a range of high-quality products that include our luxury Hybrid Foam mattresses. This kind of mattress uses a mixture of different materials that make the bed extremely comfortable. Hybrid Foam has similar properties to Memory Foam and Latex, but shouldn’t be confused with them because they are completely different in terms of feel and support.

What is a Hybrid Foam mattress?

A Hybrid Foam mattress is different from Memory Foam because it isn’t made from Viscoelastic. This material is common in Memory Foam and reacts to heat.

Our Hybrid Foam mattresses are made from two kinds of materials called Laygel and Coolblue. Both substances are advanced kinds of Foam that recover quickly from heat. Laygel doesn’t rely on heat to mould to someone’s body shape like Memory Foam does. Coolblue reduces the temperature of the bed if you’re too hot.

What are the benefits of a hybrid foam mattress?

The benefits of Hybrid Foam involve a faster recovery time and a greater resistance to heat. For example, a mattress made from Laygel won’t cause someone to get stuck in one position because the material returns to its original shape quickly.

If you’re prone to getting warm while you sleep then a Coolblue mattress will help to regulate your body temperature. You’ll have the ideal compromise between a Memory Foam feeling and a cooler mattress.

What types of Hybrid Foam mattresses do we offer?

Our Hybrid Foam products are split into the Hybrid and Resilience range. The Hybrid 4 mattress is an excellent choice because it has a triple layer mattress construction that provides a cloud-like sensation. The layers are made from Memory Foam, Laygel and Reflex for a high level of support.

The Resilience range is perfect for someone with a higher body weight. Our Resilience 1 caters to sleepers in the 18 to 30 stone category. The top half is made from 60 kg responsive Laygel, providing plenty of support.
