We are so bloody confused, so far we have had 2 x Florence 1500 pocket sprung mattresses from Warren Evans, each time the mattress suffered sinking on our respective sides despite turning as advised!

They said it was the base but we have a good sprung divan base that hasn't any issues, now the 2nd replacement mattress is being returned after 4 months of hassle.

We both ended up with restless nights and soar hips and backs. We don't know what to do now with mattresses, we have no idea, lost faith.

Can you help us choose a mattress type that won't sag or dip and let us sleep properly??
