Although you have given some details in respect of the product you are looking at, you have not actually advised which model it is. This means that we are unable to view the product on their site and view the specification of the same. Having said that, it is unlikely that the specification will provide details of the upholstery in terms of GSM (grams per square metre), which will make providing an opinion as to quality and performance impossible. In addition, from what you say, it could be that the product you are looking at is a pillow top, which we do not recommend for the reasons detailed in this article.  We cannot advise if this product would be appropriate for you without knowledge of your body weight(s) and preferred feel.

Notwithstanding the above, we would suggest looking at our Origins range of mattresses and in particular, the best selling product in the range, the Origins Pocket 1500. This mattress has a standard medium tension spring unit together with man-made upholstery providing an overall medium feel.
