Hi, we are a couple in our 60s, weight and heights being 10 stone and 5'5" tall
and 12 stone and 5'10" tall
We are both side sleepers and I have both hip and lower back pain and have been finding recently that it is worse when I get up in the morning and my back is very stiff. I also tend to get quite hot during the night.
Our current bed is a good quality Relyon one, but it is now about 12 years old and we are wanting to replace it with one of the John Ryan Artisan range ones, but are a bit bewildered by the choices - possibly an Artisan Luxury or an Artisan Bespoke 002 or 004 mattress? Your advice as to which model of Artisan bed and which tension/s we should go for would be much appreciated. Also, to know which model of the John Lewis Naturals or Vi Spring ranges would be an approximate equivalent to whichever you recommend would be useful so that we could try lying on something similar.
