The Fusion 5 100% natural latex mattress would give a nice medium support feel for someone of your height and weight.

As the Fusion range are just solid latex, they would require that you place boards over your slatted base, a solid flat surface gives the mattresses their optimum feel. If you placed the mattress directly onto the slats the nature of latex means it would mould between the slats, giving the mattress an uneven feel.
