Confused on a mattress topper!

I have a double size mattress . . . No boxspring. I've had 2 lower back surgeries. The mattress definitely needs a topper for it. I don't want to sink down too far where I have difficulty rolling over. That's my biggest concern., but I need comfort. I weigh 142#. Price?
