Cool mattress for lower back and neck pain and joint pain.

I need a cool mattress to support me and in particular my lower back as I'm in a lot of pain but I dint won't a firm hard mattress as I need comfort for other joint problems too ... also I sometimes like to move from lying y back to side and my shoulders are painful .
