Origins pocket latex versus Artisan Tailored Pocket mattress

Hi John and Ryan, It has been a pleasure if not mind blowing exercise reading your website. We are currently in the process of changing our bed/mattress and have been to all the usual well known outlets and come away a little bemused to say the least. In the past we have bought a bed with little consideration but in recent years I find it difficult to sleep with maybe 4 to 5 hrs max and invariably end up with no pillows and my husband is extremely restless hence the superking option!
I am 8st and he is 14st and both like reasonable support. We have middle of the range budget and wondered if you had any suggestions. I have looked at Origins Pocket Latex and Artisan Tailored Pocket. Bit confused re: soft medium or firm springs in bed base. .

Your sleeping habits/personal preference will then determine how you would like the mattress to feel in the comfort layers. This is where you will achieve the feel you are looking for (soft/medium/firm). Do you know if you have a preference for a soft, medium or firm?
