I get hot at night so don't want anything that retains body heat.

I work away from home so live in accommodation in the week. The mattress supplied in my room isn’t comfortable so was thinking about purchasing a topper for it. I’m not sure which one is best? I’m just under 9 stone and can get quite hot at night so didn’t want anything that is going to retain body heat. Do you have any advice?
