Difference between Artisan SK base and Artisan SK zip+link base

Thank you for your enquiry. The construction of the Artisan base is the same for both the super king size and the super king size zip and link base. The zip and link size is automatically added when you add a base to a super king size Artisan zip and link mattress but there is no difference between the two if you order a base on its own.

All bases above a single size are in two halves to aid getting it to the room of your choice, as you can imagine, getting a 6' x 6' 6" x 12" (180 cm x 200 cm x 30 cm) box upstairs and around corners without damage is quite impossible. All double sizes have an east to west split as do some of the king sizes. Some king sizes and all the super king sizes have a north to south split.
