VAT on mattress purchases in the UK: How to claim it back?

Hello,
I am shipping my mattress to Nigeria via a courier and I was wondering if you offered VAT on that? The courier can pick up the mattress from your warehouse once it's ready or I can put their warehouse as the delivery address (which ever one is easier) and we can send you the export certificates to prove that they were shipped out of the country. Are there any forms you have that I or the courier service would have to fill?

Thanks for your question about buying and shipping one of our John Ryan By Design mattresses.
All exported mattresses and bed products can be dropped off to your courier or collected from our courier ready for shipment. Payment in full is required through our online shop for any mattresses that are to be exported.
Once the product has been delivered to its final destination you will need to provide us with copies of the documentation to prove that it has left the UK and been delivered to another country that is exempt from VAT. Once the correct document has been received we can then issue a refund.
