Vi Spring Elite heavy mattress turning tips

We have a Vi Spring Elite bed and mattress which we absolutely love. The only problem we have is that the mattress is VERY heavy and my husband and I are now unable to turn it ourselves (we are now in our seventies). Our son in law has been doing this for us but it is not always convenient for him.

My question is:
Is there an easy way or knack to do this?
