Looking to pair the Origins Kingsize 1500 mattress with the M and S Loft Kingsize divan base and headboard. Is this possible i.e will the headboard fit the base via standard fittings.

The Origins Pocket 1500 is a fantastic all round medium feel mattress. The Origins Pocket range should be the most you pay for a polyester based mattress. The depth of the Origins Pocket 1500 mattress is 12" and what you need to do is ascertain if there is enough length in the headboard struts or full board to accommodate this above the base. The king size mattress is the standard size in all other respect, so should have no issue with it fitting the base.
Placing a mattress on a platform divan will slightly firm up the overall feel of the mattress whereas placing a mattress on a sprung base will slightly soften the overall feel of the mattress. We have four different platform and sprung divan bases costing as little as £230.00 for a King Size.
