Difference in feel

Many people confuse feel with spring tension. The spring tension should be selected based upon your body weight and the feel should be based upon your overall preference in respect of comfort whilst still having regard for your body weights.

Without knowledge of your body weights, it is not possible to provide a definitive answer to your question other than to say they will both provide medium support for people weighing between 10 and 17 stones.

Your sleeping habits/personal preference will then determine how you would like the mattress to feel in the comfort layers. This is where you will achieve the feel you are looking for (soft/medium/firm). Do you know if you have a preference for a soft, medium or firm?

If you do not, I would advise to go out and try the;
