Hi, I saw pocket sprung mattress with two different tension in each half. Have you considered produce mattresses like this? My husband is about 16 stones and I about 8 stones. I don't prefer zip and link, because in result it's just two separated mattress connected with zip link, but not consistent mattress without gap between...

We do make mattresses with split spring tensions in our Artisan range and only in king size and above. Zip and link mattresses can also provide this and we have never had any returned because they can feel the zip. The zips are placed around 1.5 cm down from the top and normally, placing a standard size mattress protector on the mattresses is sufficient to prevent any chance of you feeling the zip.
