We are internet based only and do not have any showrooms or retail outlets selling our products.

We do, however offer a 60 day "love it or return it" guarantee with all our products including the outlet.

Trying a mattress in a store for 15 minutes or so is no substitute for sleeping on it for 6-8 hours per night.

In addition, you do not know how long that product has been on display, how many hundreds of people have tried it and as such, a new product of the same specification as the display model is likely to feel entirely different to the one in store.
