How often should I turn my new mattress?

If you zip and link set is the same spring tension in each half, you should turn one month and rotate the next month for the first twelve months to even out the settlement of the upholstery. If you have different spring tensions, unless you are prepared to swap sleeping sides, you can only flip head to toe. Full details of how to care for your mattress are provided here.
