I would recommend that you take a look at the Origins Pocket 1500 mattress which would give you a medium feel in the upholstery layers i.e not too soft or too firm. If you like a more supportive feel you could look at the Origins Pocket Reflex mattress this has a firmer feel in the top upholstery layers. The two mattresses are from our Origins range which contain man-made fibres.

If you wanted a more naturally filled mattress then the Artisan 1500, Artisan Tailored pocket, Artisan Naturals and Artisan Bespoke 004 all offer a medium feel upholstery, with varying amounts of natural fibres as you go up the range. If you wanted the firmer feel natural fibre upholstery layers, then have a look at the Artisan Bespoke.
