Expected delivery time for Natural Cot Mattress

Hi,
I placed an order for Natural Cot mattress on 17/06. Unfortunately I didn't get any estimated delivery time on my order receipt, nor was I able to find it anywhere on the website. I understand sometimes it's hard to guarantee exact date, but I would like to know what's the best case, average and worst case delivery time. Am I going to receive a call or e-mail with exact time at least a couple of days up front, so that I can ensure somebody is home at this time?

Thank you for your question.
We place all Orders for the cot mattresses with the Factory on a Monday. You should then receive a delivery within about 2 weeks maximum. The delivery is made by Yodel who will send to you a text message with the date of delivery.
