Mattress advice

From the information you have provided, I would recommend a medium spring tension for you both which is then going to give you the correct support for your body weights which in turn should hopefully then give you relief from your back and neck pain.

As you are looking for a mattress that is as soft as a cloud, the nearest that we have to that comfort level, is our Artisan Luxury.  This mattress has 100% natural fillings and has the softest top layers in the Artisan Range but, as you are a back sleeper, I would not really recommend sleeping on a soft mattress as this can make your back problems worse due to your front sinking into the mattress too far causing your back to arch.   I would therefore recommend that you look at our Artisan Bespoke 004 which has more medium comfort layers thus preventing you from sinking into the mattress too far and with the medium spring tension, giving you the support you both need.  This mattress is also ideal for you both as you are also side sleepers as well due to the medium comfort layers.   You should not sleep on a mattress that is too firm if you are side sleepers as this can give you pressure point pain in shoulders hips etc.

As the mattresses in our Artisan Range have natural fillings, this makes the coolest sleep surfaces.  All the other mattresses in our ranges would be slightly warmer.
