Thank you for your question. The Artisan Bespoke 004 has a true medium level of comfort in the 100% natural upholstery layers. Natural fibres provide a cooler sleeper surface and help to regulate your body temperature. These fibres along with the handmade vanadium coated calico pocket springs and hand side stitching make this a high-quality mattress.

Due to the amount of comfort layers in our pocket sprung mattresses, they are very robust and do not have a great deal of flexibility. Our mattresses arrive double bagged and are flat. Your new mattress will be delivered by a two man team that will take it to your room of choice. We can not roll our mattresses and doing so would damage the internal spring units.

As you can imagine, a super kingsize is a very large and heavy object that can be difficult to manoeuvre. A standard super kingsize measures approximately 182 cm wide by 198 cm long. The approximate depth of the Artisan Bespoke 004 is 27 cm - 30 cm. If you have concerns as to whether the mattress will fit or if you would require a zip and link mattress, you can send a video of the route the mattress will take to [email protected] showing any overhangs and bannisters from multiple angles and we will be able to assess if the one piece mattress will fit.
