I have reviewed the specifications for both mattresses you tried: the Hypnos Legacy V1 and the Wool Origins 10. The Hypnos V1 features layers of wool atop Talalay latex, while the Wool Origins 10 has layers of wool over natural latex. It's worth noting that Talalay latex is generally softer than natural latex.   Both mattresses however would feel similar in feel due to the amount of natural v. talalay latex.
