All of the products in our outlet have been returned to us under the 60 day "love it or return it" guarantee. On receipt back by us, they are inspected and graded accordingly. None of the products have any damage, which affects the integrity of the mattress and all still will be supplied with the same 60 day guarantee. We use our outlet instead of participating in tedious sales/fake sales.

When supplying a new mattress, we always advise the use of a mattress protector in order to prevent any marking of the mattress. The majority of products are graded on the basis that they do have transportation marks only.
