The primary consideration when advising upon a new mattress is the body weights of the people using it, together with any specific sleep patterns, such as side sleeping. In your particular case you both fall into a medium spring tension/feel category, however, because you are side sleepers, you will require a softer overall feel. The Origins Pocket Latex 1500, whilst providing a medium feel is likely to provide a firmer overall feel making it inappropriate for your needs.

Please view the Origins Comfort 1000, which has a standard medium tension spring unit together with softer man made upholstery providing the support and comfort you require. Alternatively, if you would prefer a naturally upholstered mattress, please view the Artisan Luxury, which can have the spring unit selected to suit and has soft natural upholstery, ideal for side sleepers.
