To counter this we do offer a 60 day "love it or return it" guarantee on all of our products including those from our outlet. As part of our service we offer advice upon the most appropriate product from our ranges by reference to body weight, preferred feel and budget. In 96% of instances we get this spot on which is why we are confident to offer this guarantee.

We do not make any direct comparisons in respect of our Origins range, however, some of our Artisan (natural upholstery) range are comparable in feel to some Vi-Spring models available in high street retail outlets. If there was a particular model of ours that had a similar Vi-Spring alternative, you could try that out in store to get some idea as to the feel of our product. Having said that we would still prefer to discuss your requirements with you prior to confirming that your choice was suitable.
