A customer asked

Hi John
We have a metal frame slated base bed. Currently sleeping on a memory foam that I paid about £400 for 2 years ago. It's got really soft and I am getting chronic back ache and hate the softness of it. Would like to purchase a pocket sprung now as have now gone through 2 memory foams in 4 years! I weigh 10stone and my partner is 14stone. We have a budget of £400. We don't want it to be rock hard but def need better support. Can you please advise?
Many thanks

Hi Sarah,
I note your budget and that you are looking for support as well as comfort. Our Origins range contains a number of pocket sprung, synthetically upholstered mattresses and I would ask that you view these on our site and call our office for more specific advice as to the suitability of one of these products for you. I am not able to recommend a product from another manufacturer because the majority of those manufacturers do not disclose the construction or upholstery levels in terms of GSM (grams per square metre). Kind regards Mike.
