Hypnos willow sublime durability

I tried a Hypnos willow sublime in the shop and found it very comfortable however I am wondering if it will offer enough support long term. I am after a soft mattress but am concerned that the fillings listed don't provide much support, what do you think?
The breakdown of fillings provided is:
Top layer 2000gsm alpaca, 500 gsm wool and silk, 2800 gsm wool, ultrasens pocket springs number not given

The fillings that are listed in the Hypnos mattress, are what create the softer feel in the upholstery layers, so if you like the soft feeling from the top of your mattress, that is what you will get.
I noticed I could only see the mattress offered in firm or ultra firm springs, if this is the case, then the support level within the mattress will be very supportive for most body weights, and for lighter weights would feel very firm in the support it offers. The mattress does have a 10 year guarantee, so I would expect the durability to be fine.

The softest model we have in our range is the Artisan Luxury which has soft top layers in the upholstery, but we also offer this mattress in soft, medium and firm springs, so for lighter weights, we can give them the correct spring for their body weight, meaning the support level is not too firm.
