Sorry to hear you've suffered with your Sealy Nostromo mattress. Sadly, you're not the first person to get in touch with this mattress dipping. The issue here is the fact its punishingly firm and combines an adhered pillowtop which is the first point of failure with a mattress construction method such as this. At your bodyweights and sleeping position, the Artisan Latex mattress would be ideal if you're looking for a medium to firmer feel in the 100% natural upholstery layers of this mattress. We would recommend a 1.4 medium gauge spring unit based on your weight and heights. Spring tensions are always dictated by your bodyweight, whereas mattress comfort is provided by the upholstery layers.

The main differences are the GSM and build quality. The Hypnos has 2120GSM of fibres whereas the Artisan Latex has 3150GSM so significantly more. Also, the Artisan Latex is 100% Natural fibre whereas the Hypnos is a synthetic blend. The Artisan Latex also uses vanadium coated calico pocket springs not synthetic spunbond springs like the Hypnos.  It's also 2 sided.
