Kingsize One Sided Mattress

Thank you for your question. The only one-sided mattress we have in our range that only needs to be rotated is the Origins Pocket Latex 1500.

This mattress has latex as the comfort layer, rather than a solid core latex mattress, which is very durable and has an instant rebound so that you do not get swamped within the mattress as you can with memory foam. We use 2 layers of Talalay latex within this mattress which has a 60/40 blend of natural and synthetic latex. Dunlop natural latex which is normally used in high-end solid latex mattresses is the most breathable type of latex and is more supportive than Talalay. As latex has a progressive comfort depending on the pressure applied, the lighter your body weight the firmer the mattress will feel.

The support within this mattress is provided by the 1500 spun bonded pocket springs which will support body weights up to 16.5 stone (105 kg) depending on your height. If your body weight is over this the 2000 spring option will support body weights between 16.5 st and 22 stone (140 kg).

Our fibre filled pocket sprung mattresses are two sided and will require to be turned over once a month for the first year and then every two to three months. We do not retail any pillow top mattresses as you are better with a two sided mattress and a separate mattress topper which replicates the feel of a pillow top mattress but you can prolong the lifespan of the mattress with proper care and maintenance.
