Mattress advice for 16st Brother?

My brother weighs around sixteen stone,as he is blind I purchase his needs.
He has a good base two years old, he prefers a firm mattress suitable for his weight.
Suggestions would be very helpful.

Given that your brother prefers a firm feel and without knowing your budget, I would suggest you look at our Origins Pocket 1500 Latex mattress.

The spring tension will be dictated by your brother's body weight and then his personal preference will determine the overall comfort layers.
