We would need to know what your budget is in order to properly advise you.

As a starting point as you have knee hip and back pain, you need to be properly supported but with comfort layers that allow you to sink in to the mattress for pressure relief.

Latex is really good for the type of issues that you both have as it contours to your body shape giving both support and comfort.   Our Fusion 3 is made of 100% natural latex and would give you both support and comfort as it has a medium core mattress and a separate topper which will allow you to sink into the comfort of the topper before reaching the support of the core mattress.

However if you have never slept on a Latex mattress, it would be wise to go and try some of the Dunlopillo mattresses which will then give you an idea as to how our mattresses are likely to feel.

I would also recommend that you look at the Origins Comfort 1000 which is a traditional pocket sprung mattress with softer man made comfort layers.  This mattress comes with a medium spring tension which will give you the correct support.
