Whilst I appreciate you have advised your weights and details of your neck and back issues, you have not specified the overall feel required by you both. Notwithstanding that, because of the weight differential, you ought to be looking at a split tension mattress, medium for you and firm for your husband.  Spring tension in a mattress is dictated by body weight as it is the springs that give you the support.

Dual tension mattresses are only available in our Artisan range, which are filled with natural fibres and do not contain memory foam. We do not make or sell any memory foam mattresses because of the issue with heat retention.
