Thank you for your enquiry. We do not sell pillow top mattresses as they can not be turned. The Pure Indulgence model is a single-sided mattress and one-sided mattresses still require rotation although they do not need turning. Single sided pillow top mattresses are well known for creating indentations and once this happens there is no way to resolve the problem because you cannot remove that top layer in the same way you could with a mattress topper, so essentially when that top layer loses its shape you would need to replace your whole mattress, hence why the life expectancy is a lot shorter at 5 years compared to our Artisan Naturals model that comes with a 10 year guarantee or the Artisan Bespoke 003 which also has medium comfort layers, two rows of calico pocket spring and has a 15 year guarantee.  You can achieve the same feel as this mattress with a medium upholstery mattress and a mattress topper. Then when the topper fibres are compressed and it no longer offers comfort you can simply replace the mattress topper.

In order to determine which of our natural fibre mattresses would be suitable for your individual needs, we would need to know how you would like the bed to feel.  We would also need to know what your current mattress is and if it is too soft, too firm or was it comfortable but now it is old and needs replacing.
 

 
We would need to know the body weights of anyone who would be sleeping on the mattress, this tells us which spring tension would give you the correct level of support.
