Single mattress for young boys

Hi. I need 2 single mattresses for my boys who are 9 and 11 years olds. They are average healthy size i would say, definitely not slim. They have moderate Eczema in there joints. i have a rough budget of £150 each for them. What would you recommend for them?
I'm also looking for a king size mattress for myself. I'm 5.5ft & weigh 14 stone and mainly asleep on my side and stomach. my partner is 6.1ft & weighs 16 stone and suffers from lower back & shoulder pain. I will also be buying a divan bed frame soon hopefully. I would rather spend more on a mattress if it lasts quite a few years. please advise. I'm not a big fan of coil sprung for me or the kids. Your help would be appreciated!

Sorry to say but £150 is not going to get you very much indeed.

| £1500 | Should get you many manufacturers mid-range models with Natural Fibres |

In fact out of all the mattresses out there we cannot find one that we personally would be happy enough to retail for that price.
So what are your options?
As you say, open coil springs will most certainly be the main option but these will more than likely be the spring unit, with the most basic of wadding covered in a basic stitchbond fabric.
The comfort level at best will not be very good.
Your best option is to buy a vac packed foam mattress (look at the Valuepac range from Breasley as a guide to what you can expect) and complement this further with a separate comforting topper of sorts.
For you and your partner, depending on your budget.
The Origins Latex but preferably any of The Artisan range (even The Artisan Tailored Pocket) will provide you with a perfect mattress (medium tension).
