We recently purchased a Zip-Link Origins Comfort 1000 mattress with Base from you for our Guest Room.
We are now wanting to purchase a King Size bed for our own bedroom.
After trying the comfort/tension of the Origins Comfort, my Husband finds this to be perfect, but I find it a little too firm.
As you describe this mattress to be your softest, I am now unsure as which mattress in your range would suit us.
My weight is UNDER 11 stone. My Husbands weight is OVER 11 stone.
If we were to consider the Artisan Tailored Pocket 1500 and order a split tension of Soft/Medium, would i be likely to find the Soft side any less firm than the tension in the Origins Comfort?
We are very pleased with the Origins Comfort for usage in our Guest Room, and we have been so impressed with all aspects of your Company so far....we would really like to purchase this second bed from you.
HOWEVER... we do not want to make a mistake with the comfort of the tensions, so would welcome some HONEST advice in order that we do not waste time in ordering, trying out, and then possibly having to return the bed.
We would welcome your advice.

I am so pleased that you are happy with the Origins Comfort 1000 product purchased for you spare room.
I have reviewed the e-mail correspondence that we had prior to the purchase of the above item and note that the body weights provided were 100 kg for your husband and 60 kg for yourself. This means that the most appropriate spring tension would be soft for you and medium for your husband.

The soft spring tension is only available in our Artisan range which are made predominately with natural fibres. The Artisan Luxury is slightly softer in the comfort layers than the Origins Comfort 1000. The Artisan Tailored Pocket 2000 is a medium in the comfort layers.
