thin mattress

Hi, I have I feel gained a lot of helpful information from you online. I just bought a divan base measuring 36 cm in depth, and have a loft bedroom so am looking for a thinner than standard mattress. Could you please tell me of any high quality ones. The one I looked at recently was the standard depth and I am worried about bumping my head when I rise out of bed if I buy that, but I don't want to compromise on quality by buying a thinner one. Have bought the Laura Ashley sprung divan, so there is already some support and bounce there. I hope you wouldn't mind offering me any advice. Many thanks. Karen

Thank you for your enquiry. The problem you have is that mattresses which have luxurious upholstery, pocket springs and correct feel are by definition quite deep and it may require quite some compromise to find one that is reduced in height. All our products are 30 to 33cm deep and whilst I appreciate the purchase of your Laura Ashley base, that is where I think you ought to make the compromise and buy one with a reduced height.
