Topper for premium mattress

I'm considering ordering a premium mattress from you which would have all natural materials. How necessary is a topper & what type do you recommend as your premium topper appears to be latex?

Hi Ian,

Thank you for your enquiry.  In all instances, when buying a new mattress, I would advise holding off buying a mattress topper for at least 14-21 days. This is because it can take that long for your body to get used to the feel of the new mattress and if you buy at the same time as the mattress it may turn out to be an unnecessary expense. In addition, with advice and guidance from us, the spring tension of the mattress should match your requirements and only if you want to further soften the feel should you look at a topper.

Bodyweight Spring tension
Upto 16 Stone / 50-101kg Medium (1.4mm)
16 Stone / 101kg Upwards Firm (1.6mm)
Available in Bespoke Products (Please Call) Soft (1.2mm)

Having said that, if you do decide that you want a topper with a naturally upholstered mattress, I would suggest that you opt for a similarly filled topper, although latex will suffice, although it does provide a very different feel to natural fibres.

I trust that this helps, but if you require any further advice or guidance before placing your order, please call our office on 0161 437 4419.

Kind Regards.
