As you will be aware, the description of the Laura Ashley mattress in terms of upholstery GSM (grams per square metre) are vague, which makes providing any form of comparison or opinion as to quality and performance, impossible. We also note that the mattress is only one-sided and therefore, can only be rotated.

With your particular body weights, we would suggest that you need to opt for a medium spring tension and to that end, please view the Origins Pocket 1500, which has a standard medium tension spring unit together with man-made upholstery providing an overall medium feel. This mattress is double sided meaning that it can be turned and rotated alternately, spreading the settlement of the upholstery evenly and increasing the longevity of the product.
