I would recommend the Origins Pocket 1500 mattress for you both, which will give you at your body weight a good overall medium feel in support and comfort, with the top upholstery having a medium feel, this will be fine when you sleep on your side, giving you enough cushioning, so as to not create any more pressure.

At your husbands lighter weight the support will feel slightly more supportive, which is ideal as he is a front sleeper, who need that firmer support, as to not put an unnatural arch in their lower back.
