Zip & Link Mattress Replacement

We have two Artisan Naturals that we bought from you a while ago, one is Medium and the other Firm. I'm finding the Firm one too uncomfortable now that I've lost a fair amount of weight making it too firm. The mattresses are 3' x 6' 6" and I was thinking about replacing my side with an Origins Pocket 1500 , could you please let me know the cost to change?
I was contemplating the Latex mattress but it's way out of my price range I think.
I did contact you recently about bed sizing as we had contemplated replacing the whole bed with a smaller one but have decided to stick with what we have.

Thank you for your enquiry. Zip and link mattresses are made as a pair so that the zips line up, unfortunately, this means we would not be able to replace just one of the mattresses. There is also a height difference between the Artisan mattresses and the Origins mattresses. The Artisan Naturals has a depth of 12 inches whereas the Origins Pocket 1500 has a depth of 13 inches.
What type of base do you have your Artisan Naturals zip and link mattress on? A platform base would firm up the springs-through-mattress/">springs slightly and if you have a firm spring tension and have now lost weight this could make the mattress feel firmer. I would recommend an old or cheap duvet under your sheet to replicate the feel of a mattress topper to see if this helps.
